Energy Consultant / Sales Executive Leicester (Office-based) £30,000-£35,000 basic salary with OTE up to £100,000 (uncapped commission) About the Role An established utilities consultancy is looking to recruit a driven and enthusiastic Energy Consultant / Sales Executive to join a growing sales team in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, relationship-building, and working in a fast-paced environment with strong earning potential. You’ll be responsible for generating new business, engaging with prospective clients, and promoting a range of energy and utility solutions that help businesses improve efficiency and reduce costs. Key Responsibilities * Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research and outbound outreach * Make outbound sales calls and follow up on warm and cold leads * Present energy and utility solutions clearly and confidently to potential clients * Build and maintain strong client relationships * Accurately log sales activity and client interactions using a CRM system * Work closely with the wider sales team to support sales strategies and performance * Consistently work towards and exceed monthly sales targets Skills & Experience * Previous experience in sales (utilities or energy experience desirable but not essential) * Confident communicator with strong persuasion and negotiation skills * Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset * Comfortable working in a target-driven environment * Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team * Competent using Microsoft Office and CRM systems What’s on Offer * Competitive basic salary (DOE) with uncapped commission * High OTE potential * Regular team incentives and rewards * Ongoing training and development * Friendly, relaxed office environment * Fully expensed social events and company incentives * Free on-site parking * Flexible working options * Company pension and additional benefits Working Hours * Monday to Friday * Office-based role in Leicester
