About the Role:
As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will play a key part in overseeing and supporting the nursing team, ensuring high standards of care and compliance. You will manage care plans, supervise junior staff, and provide clinical guidance to ensure residents receive safe, person-centred care.
Responsibilities:
Conduct ongoing assessments of residents’ health and care needs
Create and maintain comprehensive care plans in collaboration with families and healthcare professionals
Administer medication in line with best practices and documentation protocols
Support and supervise nursing and care staff
Ensure the highest standards of care delivery, safeguarding, and clinical governance
Attend training and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
NMC-registered Nurse with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Proven leadership and supervisory skills
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to assess, plan, and deliver care
Excellent communication and documentation skills
