Key Responsibilities
* Lead the overnight hotel operation in the absence of the Night Manager
* Uphold the MGallery "Memorable Moments" philosophy throughout the night
* Ensure consistency of five-star service standards across all overnight touchpoints
Operational Excellence
* Manage and complete the Night Audit with absolute accuracy when leading shifts
* Ensure all financial reporting is precise, compliant, and completed on time
* Deliver seamless departmental handovers to the morning management team
Guest Relations
* Act as the primary point of contact for overnight guests when leading shifts
* Manage late arrivals, early departures, and guest concerns with polished empathy
* Resolve issues calmly and professionally, reflecting luxury brand standards
Safety & Security
* Act as the designated overnight Fire Marshall and Health & Safety lead when required
* Conduct regular security patrols of the hotel and historic premises
* Ensure the safety, security, and well‑being of guests, colleagues, and property
Team Leadership
* Night Auditors
* Night Housekeeping Team
* Provide direction, coaching, and support to colleagues during independent shifts
* Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, excellence and care
Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in a Front Office or Nights supervisory role within a luxury or five-star hotel
* Proven ability to manage overnight operations independently
* Strong proficiency in PMS systems (Opera Cloud preferred) and Night Audit procedures
* Confident decision maker with a calm, reassuring leadership style
* Passionate about luxury hospitality and delivering personalized guest experiences
