As we expand, we are looking for a proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:
As a Sales Administrator, you'll play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will handle administrative tasks, process customer applications, manage client communications, and help move leads through the sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process new leads and applications for ECO4-funded installations
* Arrange appointments and follow-ups
* Communicate with clients to gather required documentation and information
* Maintain and update CRM systems and internal databases
* Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely installations
* Prepare and submit reports to track sales performance and customer progress
* Provide excellent customer service and resolve any client issues or queries
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is essential
* Current knowledge of the ECO4 Scheme is highly advantageous
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication
* Proficiency in GoogleSuite (Google Sheets, Google Drive & G-Mail)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
