In collaboration with our client, we consistently deliver high-quality results. For a client in the insurance segment, we are seeking a Project Manager to serve as Data Migration Workstream Lead. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex data migration activities within a Financial Crime transformation program.
Responsibilities
* Lead the planning and execution of the data migration workstream (covering extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation)
* Draft and own the migration runbook
* Manage delivery against scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives
* Coordinate cross-functional teams (data, SMEs, technology, third party vendor)
* Drive stakeholder engagement across business, IT, and third parties
* Oversee data quality, reconciliation, and validation processes post-migration
* Facilitate issue resolution and decision making across programme layers
* Support cutover planning, deployment, and post-migration stabilisation
Required Skills
* Proven experience leading a data migration within a complex programme
* Strong stakeholder management across senior business and technical audiences
* Data mapping and transformation
* Data cleansing and enrichment
* Migration tooling and reconciliation processes
* Strong project management capability across full lifecycle deliveryAbility to clearly communicate risks, dependencies, and progress
* Experience producing governance outputs (e.g. steering reports, RAID management, dashboards)
* Experience working within financial services
* Outcome-focused with strong delivery accountability
Nice to have
* Knowledge of data models related to client, product, and regulatory data
* Experience working with external vendors and system integrators
* Skilled at navigating complex stakeholder landscapes and dependencies
* Exposure to large-scale entity and document migration volumes (e.g., client data, onboarding records)
