Were seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, EMEA Travel Services Lead to join our Enterprise Sourcing Office (ESO) team. This role is located in London, UK In this role, youll make an impact in the following ways: Oversee daily EMEA travel operations across air, hotel, ground transport, and TMC services, ensuring seamless service delivery and issue resolution. Act as the primary escalation point for internal travel-related concerns for EMEA, driving timely and effective resolutions. Lead vendor performance management in EMEA, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and contractual obligations while identifying opportunities for service model enhancements. Drive innovation by evaluating workflows, introducing new technologies, and exploring strategic vendor partnerships. To be successful in this role, were seeking the following: Relevant corporate travel and vendor management experience. Proven leadership experience in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration. Expertise in corporate travel operations, vendor management, and strategic sourcing. Strong analytical, financial, oral, and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple work streams independently with attention to detail. Ability to navigate the organization, communicate effectively, escalate as necessary, and build relationships at all levels. Availability for on-call support for corporate aircraft scheduling and changes after hours; primary liaison with pilots and crew when required.
