A permanent Finance Business Partner job paying up to £60k for an excellent business in Droitwich. Job Type: Permanent Salary: £50,000-£60,000 per annum (plus 10% bonus) Location: Droitwich Your new company Hays Senior Finance are exclusively supporting a successful retail business in Droitwich with the recruitment of a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis. Your new role Reporting into the Head of Commercial Finance, the role will focus on providing commercial support, planning and challenge to various business units. You will take ownership of end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processes, provide weekly and monthly analysis and partner with the business, becoming an integral part of all decision-making. Main duties: Business partner with commercial teams and deliver business targets/budgets Preparation of monthly business plans, reforecasts and annual budgets Provide finance business partnering to key stakeholders, including P&L support Develop appropriate weekly and monthly reporting on KPIs Support with the production of monthly and full-year forecasts and budgets across sales, GM and marketing spend Investigate and question trends in performance Support with financial analysis/modelling of commercial decisions What you'll need to succeed Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) - consideration may be given to part-qualified studiers providing relevant experience can be demonstrated Commercially minded with the ability to manage complex budgets and offer key financial analysis Strong communication skills with the confidence to challenge, influence and support at all levels Background working in fast-paced businesses (preferably in the retail or FMCG sectors) Advanced Excel skills - highly competent in using formulas and dealing with large data sets What you'll get in return In return, you will receive a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualification) and be given the opportunity to play a key role in an extremely reputable business.
