Job Title: Housekeeping Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain a clean, hygienic, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
2. Manage cleaning schedules and ensure high standards of cleanliness.
3. Show kindness and consideration in all interactions with residents and colleagues.
Requirements:
* Experience in housekeeping is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Positive energy and the ability to get along well with others.
* Strong communication skills, including listening and giving clear instructions.
* Ability to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and report concerns appropriately.
