About You
With a track record in DevOps and System Administration, you are a technology enthusiast who takes pride in creating rock-solid solutions to deploy software at scale and velocity, willing to challenge the status quo with a passion to learn and embrace new technologies. You communicate well at all levels and through all channels.

About The Role
Preservica is an AWS Advanced Technology Partner and a Government and Education Competency Partner, as well as a Microsoft Azure Partner and has achieved the highest levels of accreditation for the security, performance and reliability of our Cloud-hosted (SaaS) solution.
Responsibilities
Your prime role as Cloud DevOps Engineer will be to be part of the team responsible for maintaining these standards across our Cloud-based infrastructure and be at the heart of designing and implementing incremental improvements to our cloud operations. Your key tasks will include:
* An Automation first, console as a last resort attitude in everything you do.
* Developing automation scripts for migrations, upgrades, and new capabilities as they are added to Preservicas product line(s).
* Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation on infrastructure, processes, and best practices.
* Helping to monitor and resolve incidents on Production instances together with the rest of the Operations team.

Requirements
Knowledge & Experience:
* High level of DevOps experience and capability
* Experience managing and operating Cloud-based production environments
* Experience with AWS, Azure, and SaaS services
* Experience with the Linux operating system
* Experience with automation/building infrastructure as code
* Strong skills in Ansible, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes
* Strong desire to share your knowledge with the rest of the team
* Extremely strong written and verbal skills
