Hays are working with a growing Manufacturing business based in Telford who are looking for a Customer Services Coordinator on a permanent basis. Thispany is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Customer Support Office Administrator to join their very friendly team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
As a Customer Services Administrator, your role will involve:
1. Quotation Management: Handle service visit and spares quotations.
2. Order Management: Manage purchase orders and requisitions.
3. Documentation: Ensure proper filing and storage of documents.
4. Inventory Control: Work closely with the Stores Department to manage stock and inventory.
5. Spare Part Processing: Schedule and process spare parts.
6. Invoice Management: Oversee invoice processing.
7. Database Updating: Keep our databases up-to-date.
8. Travel Coordination: Book travel and amodation for engineers.
9. Administrative Support: Assist engineers with documentation and administrative tasks.
10. Help Desk Assistance: Support the Customer Support Help Desk with call handling, scheduling, and job number allocation.
11. Global Support: Occasionally support different time zones outside of normal working hours.
12. Reporting: Report to the UK Customer Service Office Manager.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role you will need experience in the following:
13. Agile Environment Experience: Thrive in a fast-paced, changing business environment.
14. Customer-Facing Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role.
15. Microsoft Software Proficiency: Skilled in using Microsoft software.
16. Sage Experience: Experience with Sage 50 or 200, or similar accounting/planning software.
