Field Care Supervisor (Full-Time) in North Wales
Salary: £30,160 per annum

What you’ll be doing
As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll work closely with care staff in the field and the Registered Manager. You’ll be the main point of contact for both clients and staff, delivering supervision, undertaking competency checks, and helping carers consistently follow best practice and company policies.
You’ll also complete regular client visits to ensure care is delivered to the standard people expect—and that clients are happy with the support they receive.
Key responsibilities
* Support with care planning and care assessments
* Supervise and complete spot checks with care workers in the field
* Provide supervision, mentorship and onboarding support for new carers
* Ensure care is delivered in line with policies, procedures and current best practice
* Support with day-to-day office needs, including medication management and scheduling
* Take part in on-call duties on a rota basis with other office team members
What you need
* Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social Care (or relevant experience)
* Availability to work weekdays and alternate weekends
* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
