ROLE PURPOSE Our clients are looking to recruit an Engineer Tutor who will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, tutoring, and assessing Level 3 apprentices on the Engineering Technician standard - Mechatronics pathway and Level 3 Maintenance and Operations Engineering Technician (MOET) - Electrical and mechanical pathways. The Tutor will support the apprentices to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours that are required to be demonstrated within the apprenticeship. This will consist of coaching and mentoring sessions, knowledge delivery through teaching sessions that will be run at their classroom and workshops in Manchester. You will be required to teach in both the classroom and the workshop environment, complete guidance, and mock end point assessments to ensure that apprenticeships are ready for the independent assessment at the end of their apprenticeship. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Fulfil teaching commitments which will consist of both classroom and workshop environment.
