Overview
We are looking to recruit a Client Advisor to join our growing successful Public Sector and Education Division based in Swindon. You will be responsible for providing account servicing support and ensuring effective servicing of client accounts. Reporting directly to the PSE Team Manager, you will work with experienced Client Directors to provide outstanding service to our clients within the Public Sector and Education division.
How you'll make an impact
* Create documents for new customers about their insurance requirements.
* Obtain renewal terms for customers and research suitable alternatives to produce presentations.
* Coordinate all renewal quotes for existing customers along with any mid-term adjustments.
* Ensure all customer details are recorded accurately and entered into the system in a timely fashion.
* Manage insurer queries related to customer policies.
* Confirm cover with insurers, process policies, and chase outstanding documentation.
* Secure delivery of policy documentation from insurers and check prior to approval and release.
* Handle account queries and credit control matters, highlighting concerns to account managers promptly.
* Apply legal and regulatory policies for internal procedures and insurance contracts as required.
About You
* Holding or working towards Chartered Insurance Institute Qualifications: Cert CII/Dip CII is desirable.
* Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent.
* Experience in commercial or corporate insurance is desirable.
* Target-driven with experience achieving SLAs within a regulated framework.
* Risk-aware in handling customer information and seeking advice when needed.
* Excellent rapport-building and customer service skills with strong communication and social skills.
* Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to meet deadlines.
* Fully proficient in Acturis.
* Eligible to work in the UK.
