The role includes the following:
* Deliver Business Cases (workshops & analytics) and impactful Mirakl presentations to B2B and B2C C‑level prospects, explaining the right platform strategy and assessing platform potential in specific customer contexts.
* Contribute to Sales Territory & Account plans.
* Build knowledge "nuggets" and relevant benchmarks for Sales pitches.
* Specialise in one or more vertical industries, contributing to content creation and community management.
* Build expertise in one or more Mirakl product areas, supporting internal stakeholders on go‑to‑market strategy, business‑case methodology and enablement.
* Lead or contribute to transversal projects on new strategic topics.
* Share the Platform message at external events and meetings.
This job is a unique opportunity to:
* Be at the heart of the Platform economy by working on new business models and platform use cases.
* Work with C‑level executives in large companies and help them build new revenue streams.
* Collaborate across all Mirakl teams (Customer Success, Solution Engineers, Labs, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to create compelling value propositions.
Requirements
* Graduated with a Master’s degree in Business or Engineering.
* 3+ years of experience, ideally in Consulting or a Strategy department.
* Strong analytical skills (Excel modelling) and creative problem solving.
* Strong business acumen.
* Excellent presentation skills, especially before high‑level customers.
* Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., building agents on Dust, ChatGPT) to identify efficiency and value‑creation opportunities.
* Organised, structured and highly motivated with a can‑do attitude.
* Adaptable to different environments and industries.
* Thrives in a dynamic, challenging, fast‑paced work environment.
* Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in another European language is a bonus.
