Responsibilities
* Promote excellence in clinical practice with a visible presence and strong professional leadership across adult community nursing services.
* Provide expert clinical advice, guidance and support to community nursing teams, advocating for District nursing and role modelling professional standards.
* Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to community nursing patients and their families.
* Investigate clinical incidents, analyse data, identify themes from patient safety incidents and patient feedback, share lessons learned, and support teams in implementing action plans to improve clinical practice.
* Contribute to the development of clinical practice based on incident reviews and learning outcomes.
* Work pattern: 30.00 hours across Monday to Friday, including an on-call element on a rotational basis to cover out-of-hours.
Qualifications and Requirements
* Experience in adult community nursing and the ability to provide clinical leadership and advice.
* Commitment to delivering patient-centred care and high standards of practice.
* Ability to work flexibly and support flexible working arrangements where possible.
* Full UK driving licence may be required where driving is a role requirement; contact Recruitment if you need reasonable adjustments due to disability.
