Clinical Services Co-ordinator - SalfordOpportunity OverviewWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive Clinical Services Coordinator to join the School of Health and Society. This is a key operational role supporting the delivery of clinical services across our teaching and service facilities. You will coordinate administrative activity, support compliance and governance processes, and lead a small team to ensure services run efficiently and safely.This role is ideal for someone with experience in clinical administration, healthcare, or a regulated environment, who has strong leadership, organisational and stakeholder engagement skills and is passionate about delivering high-quality, customer-focused services.Please note that this advert may close early if we receive a high volume of applications Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate day-to-day administration of clinical facilities and activitiesLine manage and develop the clinical administration teamSupport scheduling of clinics and maintain accurate, audit-ready records and systemsEnsure compliance with clinical governance, health & safety, and regulatory requirementsSupport audits, inspections, and reporting, providing accurate management informationAbout the School The School of Health and Society is the largest school at the University of Salford, offering a diverse portfolio of programmes across health and social science disciplines.
