We currently have an opportunity for a Customer Excellence Advisor to join our team based in Newcastle-under-Lyme. We pride ourselves on offering a high level of Customer Service Excellence, over a range of communication channels including face to face, telephone, Web chat and Facebook.
The successful candidate will have a passion for providing amazing customer service coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a flair for problem solving. A confident, friendly telephone manner and the ability to meet targets is a must!
We offer comprehensive training to equip you with the skills to deliver a unique and bespoke customer excellence experience and will support you through your training with a designated training buddy.

Please note you will need to be flexible and able to work as per allocated shifts on a 4-week rota basis to cover the operating hours between 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday to Friday.
