Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive person to join our operations team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating the daily activities of our field service engineers to ensure efficient delivery of maintenance and repairs across client sites.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and schedule engineers' daily workloads based on service requests, job priorities, and geographic locations
* Monitor job progress and respond to changes or emergencies, reassigning tasks as needed
* Liaise with customers to confirm appointments, access requirements, and service updates
* Work closely with engineers to ensure timely completion of work and accurate documentation
* Maintain internal systems with up-to-date job status, parts used, and engineer availability
* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
* Support the service team with administrative tasks, reporting, and performance tracking
Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar planning, scheduling, or coordination role
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Strong communication and customer service abilities
* Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
* IT literate – confident with scheduling software, Xero, Microsoft and Outlook
* Previous experience working with engineers is a plus
Working Hours
· Monday to Friday Full-Time 40 Hours
