Senior Account Executive (IT)

Base Pay Range

Responsibilities
The Senior Account Executive role is a dedicated new business position. Your primary objective will be to build a client portfolio from scratch within the small to medium enterprise market by developing sales opportunities and securing new clients. All account management responsibilities will be exclusively for the customers you successfully onboard, focusing on:
* Microsoft cloud, cyber security, and business continuity managed solutions.
* Microsoft Azure and 365 cloud products.
Additionally, you will be responsible for:
* Achieving revenue and gross profit sales targets.
* Self‑set KPIs including number of appointments set, outbound calls made, proposals and presentations delivered.
* Working with the head of the department to agree sales and marketing strategies.
* Working with marketing to provide ideas for campaigns and commitment to follow up.
* Generating own leads by calling and booking appointments.
* Demonstrating strong conversion of company‑generated leads and appointments.
* Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, managing the entire sales cycle.
* Account management of clients and upsell services through regular meetings.
* Canvassing new business from current client database.
* Inspiring junior sales consultants, leveraging them as a source of new business leads.
Qualifications
* 2+ years selling IT services, support, and/or cloud technology platforms directly to end businesses.
* Experience selling Microsoft services and support.
* Track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets.
* Ability to interact with client contacts across corporate hierarchy, including C‑Level.
* Strong communication and client‑facing skills.
* Capability to translate technical capabilities of the service offering to client business considerations.
* Experience with SME clients.
* Exposure to CRM databases.
* Meticulous completion and review of own and Sales Team paperwork.
