About the Role
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join our growing team. This is a varied role where you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling spare parts enquiries, processing orders, and providing excellent aftersales support. You’ll play a key part in keeping operations running smoothly and ensuring every customer receives an outstanding experience.
Key Responsibilities

Process and manage customer orders and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Communicate with customers to handle enquiries, provide updates, and resolve issues.

Liaise with logistics and internal teams to maintain smooth order fulfilment and inventory control.
*
Maintain accurate sales and customer records using internal systems.
*
Support spare parts sales targets through proactive customer engagement and follow-up.
*
Provide general administrative support to the service, accounts, and warehouse teams.
*
Help maintain excellent housekeeping standards in office and warehouse areas.
Who We’re Looking For

What’s on Offer

Salary: £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
