Key Responsibilities
* Get the business on specifications-actively work to ensure our solutions are included in project drawings.
* Engage with key decision-makers at architectural firms, landscaping companies, and commercial buyers.
* Deliver CPD presentations-taking full responsibility for structuring and executing engaging sessions.
* Call and meet with buyers, ensuring they are aware of our product range and driving inbound enquiries.
* Attend industry events, networking with specifiers and positioning CORE as the go-to supplier.
* Quote incoming enquiries and work with the sales team to ensure specifications convert into orders.
* Track long-term opportunities, maintaining relationships to capitalise when projects move forward.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in specification sales within the landscaping, construction, or building materials industry.
* Expert CPD presenter-able to craft and deliver compelling technical presentations.
* Confident cold caller & relationship builder-comfortable securing meetings and winning over decision-makers.
* Commercially sharp, with an understanding of how to nurture specifications into sales.
* Highly organized, able to manage long sales cycles and track project progress effectively.
* Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently to drive results.
* Full UK driving license-travel to meetings and events is required.
