A permanent role on successful completion of the apprenticeship About the role We are recruiting for an Apprentice IT Service Desk Analyst to support the Company's growing IT department, based in Ringwood, Hampshire. You will use your customer service skills to provide user support on all company supported computers, applications, and software, troubleshooting problems, and advising users on appropriate actions. The key requirements of the role are to allocate the teams workload by responding to the Service Desk tickets to enable the team to effectively support all colleagues. You will be the first point of contact for all support tickets, where possible resolving or re-assigning as appropriate to other team members. Work would typically include creating new starter accounts, desktop & remote support and building/configuring PC's and laptops. To be successful you will need: A keen interest in IT and a good working knowledge of Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office products.
