This is a brand-new position created due to strong growth in the scientific temporaries market. Youll have the opportunity to build a successful desk within an established, high-performing team, supported by an existing client base and excellent market demand.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
* Use sales, business development, and marketing techniques to attract new business and strengthen existing relationships.
Candidate Attraction & Selection
* Write engaging job adverts, network, headhunt, and use social media to attract candidates.
* Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong alignment with client requirements.
