What we're looking for
* Great track record with Ofsted
* Previous leadership or management experience within a children's home
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding, Ofsted regulations, and residential care standards
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent
* Willingness to complete or hold Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification
* Full UK driving licence
