About the role:

You'll conduct rigorous quality assurance assessments on calls, written communications, and overall claims experience to identify knowledge gaps, trends, and compliance issues, ensuring adherence to Sedgwick standards and client expectations.


Roles and Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough quality assurance assessmentson calls, written communications, and overall claims experience to identify knowledge gaps, trends, and compliance issues, ensuring adherence to Sedgwick standards and client expectations.
* Complete first line of defence QA monitoring, including frontline QA output reporting.
* Review the entire complaint journeyalongside root cause analysts, creating comprehensive QA journeys.
* Arbitrate departmental challengeson individual fail registers.
* Provide timely and constructive feedbackto stakeholders, including QA consultants, to improve performance and maintain the highest quality standards.
* Identify areas for improvementand develop actionable plans to address quality and knowledge gaps, ensuring alignment with regulator and industry guidelines.
* Acquire comprehensive knowledge of content integrityto effectively perform quality assurance on new and advanced adjuster performances.
* Collaborate closely with the teamto optimise and continuously improve the quality assurance and knowledge management processes, keeping them aligned with industry and regulator expectations.
* Actively contribute to other quality and knowledge-related projectsaimed at enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.


The skills you will have when you apply:

* Proven experience working in quality assurance, specifically completing audits across Operational areas, preferably within an insurance environment.
* Commercial claims knowledge would be a distinct advantage.
* Your attention to detail, strong communication skills and knowledge of how to audit a claim will be essential in maintaining compliance and delivering exceptional customer experience.
* Excellent analytical and report writing skills.
* Strong organisational skills and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in a team – oriented environment, promoting best practises.
* Experience in moderation of current audits that are being completed outside of an independent review, knowledge of what to look for and identifying outcomes of actions.
