Contribute to the effective leadership, good management and strategic direction of teaching and other related activities with a focus on the development and delivery of the curriculum, school policies and pupil assessments whilst providing advice, support and guidance to colleagues and pupils in order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the key objectives in relation to those identified within the Education Plan and the Community Plan. The duties of the post involve Regulated Work with children and/or protected adults, as specified in the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. This is a permanent full time post based within Kilmarnock Academy. The hours of work are 35 hours per week to be worked Monday - Friday, at the direction of the Line Manager.
