Salary: £13.17 per hourrising £13.74
£16,448.64 per annum rising to £17,147.52 after 12 months
We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisor to join a well established business based in Redditch. We are looking for an individual who has a strong telephone manor and who enjoys working within a fast paced, varied role.

Duties Will Include:
· Contact businesses via telephone.
· Responding to incoming emails.
· Sending out letters to clients.
· Providing high levels of customer service.
· Ensuring clients are consistently updated with accurate information.
· Updating the database with high levels of accuracy.
Experience Required:
· Strong telephone manor
· Experience within a fast paced customer service role is essential
· Good attention to detail
· Good communication skills – both written and oral
· Excellent organisational skills
