Work with some of the leading retail coffee providers as well as high end bars, restaurants, and hotels. In this role, you will provide technical support, troubleshooting, and customer training to ensure our machines operate at peak performance and provide great coffee which our machines are known for and our customers except. The Person We are looking for engineers with a strong technical background in electromechanical servicing, ideally within the coffee industry. Other desirable candidates we would like to speak with, including: Vending machines Commercial catering equipment Hot taps and plumbed water coolers White goods Warewashing equipment This role requires strong customer service skills, as you will interact with clients daily. You should also have a solid mechanical and electrical aptitude to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
