Preston as a city has exciting plans at its heart including the new leisure development, Animate. To help deliver the council’s investment and development ambitions, we need to make effective use of land and buildings, maximising utilisation and receipts from the £40M+ property portfolio.
We are looking for an experienced and ambitious individual to join our Property Services team as a Senior Estates Surveyor to assist with managing the service and delivering the Council's agenda for growth and change.
