Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience in escalator servicing, maintenance, or repairs preferred
* Qualified to NVQ level 3 minimum in escalator maintenance
* Passionate about customer service, consistently providing high-quality support to internal and external clients
* Team-oriented, supportive of colleagues, and willing to assist when needed
* Proactive with the ability to identify and prioritize workload
* Capable of planning departmental needs and meeting deadlines
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Full UK driving license (walking routes may not require this)
