Maintain and manage the corporate desktop image ? Investigate and resolve complex OS & application issues (3rd line support) ? Ensure systems are patched & secure ? Collaborate across teams to deliver business-critical IT services What Were Looking For ?? Technical Skills: ?? SCCM deployment, configuration & troubleshooting ?? AdminStudio packaging experience ?? Windows 10 design & configuration ?? PowerShell scripting expertise ?? Active Directory & Group Policy mastery ?? Knowledge of XenApp/XenDesktop VDI (beneficial) ?? Familiarity with patching tools (SCUP) ?? Personal Attributes: ? Team player with a proactive approach ? Strong problem-solving & communication skills ? Methodical, accurate & detail-oriented ?
