Venatu Automotive is currently recruiting for a Parts Advisor to join a busy and well-established team in Llanelli on a permanent basis.
Role Overview
As a Parts Advisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient running of the parts department. You'll be responsible for ordering, receiving, and issuing parts while delivering a high level of service to customers and internal departments.
Key Duties
* Interpreting customer needs and supplying correct parts.
* Ordering and checking stock, updating systems accurately.
* Handling deliveries, returns, and pre-picking for workshop jobs.
* Providing friendly, professional customer service in person and by phone.
* Supporting stock control and warranty returns.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a parts or automotive role is preferred.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Computer literate with good attention to detail.
* A clean UK driving licence is an advantage.
