Overview The Presentation Designer is responsible for transforming complex ideas into clear, compelling, and visually powerful presentation materials. The role combines creative design expertise with technical proficiency in presentation software to produce high-quality PowerPoint decks, keynote presentations, and other visual assets that support client delivery, internal communications, and business development. Working closely with Scientific and Strategic Services teams, the Presentation Designer ensures that scientific narratives are translated into engaging, accessible, and visually impactful materials that elevate the overall quality of deliverables and strengthen the company’s creative presence. Responsibilities Creates visually stunning Powerpoint slide decks, keynotes, and other materials with the expert use of animations, illustrations, and other technically savvy methodologies that drive value; Collaborates closely with the Scientific Services team to create engaging scientific narratives that are accessible, concise, consumable, appealing, and actionable; Proactively provides expert input to colleagues from the Scientific and Strategic Services departments to achieve optimal visualization in all projects and pitch materials; Grows the creative presence of our company by translating the strategic objectives of our clients into innovative deliverables; Creates high quality presentation templates from scratch; Creates slides based on the client brief and with the collaboration of our internal content creation team, applying creativity and imagination to the deliverables; Supports the team in upholding deliverable design standards and creatively solves layout challenges; Takes part in peer to peer creative quality control. Qualifications 2-3 years of experience in a Presentation Specialist role; Powerpoint expert that can work with Illustrator and Photoshop to create visual elements for presentations; BA/BS/BFA degree in digital design, graphic design, graphic communications, illustration or a related field preferred; In-depth knowledge and professional experience using Office suite, especially Powerpoint, a must; Expertise in illustration is a strong advantage; Experience working within the life sciences industry a plus; This role requires creativity and a strategic mindset to constantly be on top of our game, especially in digital design; UI/UX and other digital skills (Javascript, HTML) a plus; Proficiency with Apple Devices and G-Suite Office Tools; Excellent (English) communication and interpersonal skills.
