Job Title: Warehouse Team Manager
Location: Bradford
Pay Rate: GBP 17.89 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (22:00–06:00)
Experience: 12 months previous experience required, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and warehouse management systems essential.

Responsibilities
* Understand and be responsible for all key operational processes and procedures in your area.
* Manage combined overall output by coordinating activities.
* Prioritise and deliver in line with agreed SLAs, while effectively planning resources and equipment.
* Work in collaboration with Site Planner to ensure delivery of site plans.
* Analyse data, establish root cause and put in place correct measures, escalating any issues to the management team in a timely manner.
* Understand cost of sales reporting and impact on the department.
* Set, monitor and review KPI and SLA targets for the team.
* Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, reporting any incidents and near misses via the correct channel.
* Deliver exceptional standards across your area of responsibility.
* Ensure your team has all equipment/training necessary to work productively, supporting and sharing best practice to exceed targets and remain efficient.
* Full responsibility for performance management of team, focusing on wellbeing, absence and performance (including implementing PIP, investigations, disciplinary as appropriate), aligning with local People Team where necessary.
* Conduct regular 1:1 giving constructive feedback where appropriate.
* Responsible for implementing training of all colleagues and new starters to develop and reach/exceed their potential.
* Regular review of performance, implement development plans.
* Escalate any issues to Operation Manager/AGM where necessary.
* Ensure compliance across the team to company policies and procedures, including health and safety.
* Embed company values throughout the team and lead by example.
* Participate in department and site projects and drive continuous improvement.
* Build strong workable relationships across wider business.
* Share best practice.
* Other duties as required by the needs of the business, requiring flexibility.
About You
* Demonstrable experience working in a similar role.
* Confidence navigating Excel, PowerPoint and Word, with an understanding of warehouse management systems.
* UK resident and able to travel to and from the site for your shift.
* Unable to assist with visa applications or relocation.
