Warranty Administrator Bicester

Centric Talent is recruiting a skilled Warranty Administrator for our client’s busy air operations centre in Bicester. The role is offered on a 'temp to perm' basis.

About the Role

As a Warranty Administrator, you will provide a professional first‑class administrative service to the operational team. You will administer and process all warranty claims in accordance with internal and external policies and procedures, maintaining data integrity of key processes and databases.


Role and Responsibilities

* Manage and coordinate all claims and debts received ensuring they are processed within set lead‑times.
* Input warranty claims via internal and external systems.
* Submit all warranty claims in line with KPIs.
* Ensure all displaced items are returned within the set timeframe.
* Complete ad‑hoc administration duties within the Technical / Bodyshop administration team.
* Block vehicles dependant on recall type.
* Organise process with internal departments for any warranty damage issues.
* Produce accurate submissions for authorisation.
* Raise job cards for Technical and Bodyshop teams, ensuring auditable guidelines are followed.
* Maintain manual logs for all claims submitted.
* Complete required reports within tight deadlines.
* Keep manual and electronic filing up to date and in line with 5S standards.
* Review and improve processes to develop efficiencies.
* Perform ad‑hoc duties as required by your line manager.
