We are currently recruiting Primary Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming and supportive primary schools in the Brecon area. Whether you're looking for full-time stability or part-time flexibility, we have roles to suit your lifestyle!
Responsibilities include:
* Supporting teachers in delivering engaging classroom activities
* Providing one-to-one or small group support
* Assisting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) where required
* Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting inclusion
* Helping create a stimulating learning environment
We’re looking for:
* Previous experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting
* ALN experience is highly desirable but not essential
* A proactive and nurturing attitude
* A genuine passion for education and child development
