We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Specialist Teaching Assistant to join our complex needs school in Rugby on a full-time basis from September. This role offers a temp-to-perm contract, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position. If you are available to start sooner, this would be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide tailored support to Early Years students with SEN.
