As the global HQ for Ant International is in Singapore, this role based in London offers global exposure with peers in the People & Talent leadership team, and will require the maturity and agility to partner with global senior leadership as well as regional leadership. You and your team will provide end to end functional leadership including implementation of People initiatives that enable the delivery of the group strategy and business plans of the EMEA locations for Ant International. This is a senior HR role and as such we are looking for someone passionate about HR with a commercial proactive and strategic mindset who wants to drive transformation and change.Key responsibilities:
1. Engage and develop the entire regional HR team
2. Develop regional HR strategies based on specific regional challenges.
3. Deliver key strategies by building strong trust with local business leaders and by leading and leveraging cross-functional teams.
4. Possesses strong insight into people’s strengths and motivations, and effectively supports the team in attracting, engaging, and revitalizing the organization to foster a unified, diverse, and inclusive culture.
5. Facilitate organisational design and change management initiatives to optimise functional efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Event organization for employee engagement. Cultivation of company's culture, values across functions and teams across EMEA region
7. Solid ER Knowledge and understanding of employment legislation to appropriately advise managers and lead on ER cases.
Job requirements and expectations:
8. Degree qualified in Business, Human Resources or similar, with significant HR experience and solid leadership experience.
9. An individual with strong business acumen who sees the opportunity to drive change.
10. Intellectual agility good quality judgement and collaborative skills working across different cultures.
11. Proactive and always looking for ways to do things better – not satisfied with maintaining the status quo.
12. Ability to develop relationships quickly with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
13. Must have UK based HR experience and a strong understanding of UK employment law. Experience in other countries of EMEA region is an advantage.
