As a Mental Health Assistant, you will: Support students with emotional regulation and anxiety management Assist with implementing behaviour and therapy-informed strategies Provide 1:1 and small group intervention support Work alongside SENCOs, therapists, and mental health professionals Help create a safe and nurturing learning environment
You will gain valuable experience in trauma-informed practice, behaviour management, and individualised support planning.
