A leading UK manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support people operations across a busy, fast-paced environment. Perfect for a confident generalist with strong communication skills and experience navigating fast-moving environments.
Key Responsibilities 📌
Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures & best practice.
Maintain accurate HR data & ensure GDPR compliance.
Support benefits admin, payroll liaison & HR processes.
Assist with training needs & development initiatives.
Contribute to wellbeing, D&I, engagement & culture projects.
Support investigations, disciplinaries & welfare meetings.
Manage absence cases with Occupational Health.
Conduct exit interviews & manage offboarding.
Deliver high-quality HR admin & project support.
Ideal Candidate 🎯
3+ years’ HR experience (FMCG highly desirable).
CIPD Level 5 preferred.
Strong admin, organisation & HR systems skills.
Excellent communicator & relationship builder.
Solid knowledge of UK employment legislation.
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
