IT SERVICE DESK - 2ND LINE 3-MONTH CONTRACT YORK HQ - HYBRID WORKING DAY RATE - £180.00 - £200.00 (UMB RATE) Your new role My client is looking to hire an experienced 2nd Line IT Contractor who has experience of working on a busy IT Helpdesk. The contract role would suit a candidate who has previously supported a multi-site business and is adept at prioritising and escalating IT issues efficiently. What you'll need to succeed 2nd Line IT Candidates who have the following skills and experience would be ideal: - Extensive knowledge of troubleshooting and supporting various hardware (Laptops, Desktops, Mobile Devices) - Strong experience with Windows 11 (On-Premise Domain & Cloud Integrated Environments) - Active Directory knowledge & also Azure Active Directory - proficient in User and Group Admin Tasks - Microsoft Intune - Understanding of TCP/IP Networking, DNS & DHCP. - ITIL based environment experience would be ideal. - Experience of supporting M365 Services (Teams, SharePoint and One Drive) - Outstanding Customer Service skills. - Excellent communication skills and performs well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
