Are you passionate about driving meaningful change in digital sustainability? AXA UK is seeking a Digital Sustainability Lead, responsible for monitoring the climate change impact of our IT services, solutions, and platforms. You will lead efforts to reduce our greenhouse gas (GHG) footprint and help meet AXA’s target of lowering CO2 emissions from operations. What you’ll be doing:
* Own the Digital Sustainability (DS) function within AXA UK.
* Collaborate with Senior Stakeholders on DS strategy, progress, training, and initiatives.
* Implement DS strategies and action plans to reduce the GHG footprint and meet group and UK targets.
* Lead sustainable IT transformation by increasing awareness and embedding cultural change.
* Enhance AXA UK's capability to manage, measure, track, and communicate DS metrics.
* Deliver UK and Group DS reporting on schedule.
* Promote DS best practices, processes, and tools within AXA UK.
* Manage ESG reporting and initiatives aligned with DS.
* Represent AXA UK in digital sustainability forums and activities.
What you’ll bring:
* Technical IT or Digital background with experience across software, hardware, services, and third-party IT management.
* Experience with Digital Sustainability engagement activities.
* Strong project and task management skills.
* Proficiency in Excel and PowerBI.
* Excellent organizational, collaborative, and decision-making skills.
* Ability to interpret digital information for quality outcomes.
* Stakeholder management skills across all levels, including directors.
* Confident presentation and influencing abilities.
* Education or ongoing development in Digital Sustainability, Climate, or Environment.
Eligibility to work in the UK is required.
