JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing Lawyer
PQE REQUIRED: 2+
LOCATION: Gloucestershire
Responsibilities
* Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish.
* Handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity, re:mortgages, and lease extensions.
* Conducting property searches and title investigations.
* Drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts.
* Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process.
* Providing legal advice and guidance to clients.
* Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and procedures.
Requirements
* Qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 2 years of post:qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
* Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures, and relevant legislation.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.
* Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* IT proficiency, including experience using case management systems and legal software.
