Domiciliary Care & Supported Living Manager

We are looking for an experienced Domiciliary Care and Supported Living Manager to lead and develop high‑quality, person‑centred services. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for service delivery, staff management, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing the day‑to‑day running of domiciliary care and supported living services
* Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and adult social care legislation
* Leading, supporting, and developing care and support staff
* Overseeing care planning, risk management, safeguarding, and quality assurance
* Building positive relationships with service users, families, and professionals
About you:
* Proven management experience in domiciliary care and/or supported living
* Strong knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding requirements
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
