The Role
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll support the Project Management team in delivering smaller projects and orders, ensuring all administrative and coordination tasks are handled efficiently.
You’ll work closely with Technical Designers, Operations, Procurement, and suppliers to help bring exhibition displays to life, learning the ropes while contributing to successful project delivery.
What you will do:
* Support Project Managers in coordinating lower-value projects and repeat orders
* Assist with gathering and inputting project information into CRM and work-management systems
* Liaise with internal teams (Design, Procurement, Operations) to ensure project timelines are met
* Help coordinate orders for framework, graphics, and project amenities
* Track project progress and flag any risks or delays to the wider team
* Assist with booking labour, transport, and other project requirements
* Ensure all documentation (pick-lists, schedules, etc.) is accurate and up to date
* Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders, timelines, and deliveries
* Provide general administrative support across the Projects team
* Contribute to ensuring a smooth, seamless experience for Tecna clients
What we are looking for:
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* Good communication skills and confidence working with internal teams and suppliers
* Experience using work-management platforms (e.g. Monday.com) is desirable
* Basic understanding of project coordination or administration (preferred but not essential)
* Ability to problem-solve and remain calm under pressure
* A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
* Interest in project management or the exhibition/events industry
