proven outbound telesales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and is looking for a
stable, long-term role.
What were looking for:- Minimum 12 months outbound telesales experience (essential)
- A stable work history with strong tenure
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Confident in cold calling, objection handling and closing deals
- Resilient, driven and motivated to succeed
The role:- High-volume outbound calling (cold & warm leads)
- Full sales cycle ownership from first call to close
- Cross-selling products to meet customer needs
- Building and managing your own sales pipeline
- Working to clear KPIs in a supportive team environment
What youll get:- £29,000 basic + uncapped OTE £40,375
- MondayFriday only (no evenings or weekends)
