What youll be doing:
* 🔍 Running end-to-end recruitment for Operations roles — from briefing through to offer
* 🎯 Proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and talent networks
* 🤝 Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, bringing market insight and honest challenge
* đź“Š Using data to track performance and continuously improve how we hire
* 🌱 Contributing to our employer brand and early careers activity
You’ll thrive here if you:
* ✅ Have 4+ years recruitment experience, in‑house and/or agency
* âś… Are a confident direct sourcer who doesnt wait for candidates to come to you
* âś… Build trust quickly and manage stakeholders with credibility
* âś… Are organised, data-driven and love a fast-paced environment
* âś… Have hired for operational or technical roles before
* âś… (bonus if its been in tech or a PE-backed business)
