Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7. Rotational days shifts (07:00-15:00 and 15:00-23:00)

What You’ll Do
* Managing up to 10 First Line Managers and up to 160 frontline staff (Core and Agency)
* Managing operational performance on shift to achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on productivity, quality and cost
* Ensuring workload planning and resourcing routines are accomplished to the required standard
* Completing all team performance reviews and 1‑2‑1s for direct reports, accurately and within timeframe
* Ensuring that SOPs, SSOW and company policies and processes are being adhered to at all times
* Controlling absence levels on shift by robust and consistent application of absence management process
* Developing strong management capability through effective performance management, coaching, mentoring and development of teams and individuals
* Building and maintaining effective working relationships with Trade Union, colleagues and stakeholders
This Role Would Suit People Who
* Have previous warehouse management experience at First Line Manager/Shift Manager level
* Have experience working within a retail supply chain environment
* Have excellent communication skills – verbal and written
* Have automation experience (desirable)
* Have a demonstrable record of delivering against targets for their area of responsibility
* Have proven use of Process Improvement techniques, CAPA, etc., to resolve operational issues
* Have analytical skills – running reports, sharing data
