Terumo Aortic are currently looking to recruit a Manufacturing Systems Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to further develop your career and make a real difference.
The main responsibilities of the role include;
1. Be a champion of the MES Solution and assist in Change Management activities.
2. Providing MES advice and consultancy support to all areas of the business
3. Maintenance of master data for Manufacturing Systems.
4. Testing, maintaining and modifying existing manufacturing systems.
5. Lead the transfer of new products into manufacturing and ensure that all the appropriate requirements for manufacturing systems are understood and available.
6. Analysing data and presenting findings in reports
7. Working collaboratively with engineers, operations, and other internal staff.
8. Propose & implement corrective actions proposed to address quality issues within the manufacturing systems.
9. Perform any other duties/tasks/projects as require by management
10. Assume other responsibilities from time-to-time in order to support plant’s strategic plan and personal career plans.
The successful candidate will have;
11. Degree in related subject
12. Proficient use of ERP or MES applications such as Opcenter, QAD, SAP.
13. Problem solving and analytical skills.
14. Good communication skills.
15. Ability to adapt to new skills (technical & quality).
16. Demonstrate knowledge of product, process & people movement.
17. Process Engineering, Business and IT- Analytical skills required.
18. Strong teamworking skills
19. A high level of attention to detail.
