Building and maintaining a robust network of contacts within the industry to enhance visibility and reputation in the marketplace. Building and maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients, ensuring an excellent customer service approach Acting as a mentor to Executives, providing guidance and support. Working closely with the wider business and teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded, fostering a seamless transition from sales to service delivery. Staying abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to align strategies and enhance the competitive edge. Leading the creation of compelling proposals that articulate the value proposition and showcase the unique benefits of service solutions. We’re looking for a Business Development Manager/Account Manager with: A proven track record in business development, account management, preferably within a business consultancy sector. Strong ability to build and maintain relationships and engage with clients at all levels, demonstrating exceptional communication and influencing skills. A strategic and commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and develop actionable plans to maximise success. Have strong commercial acumen with proven experience to all areas of the sales cycle Experience of developing, mentoring or leading teams (informally or directly) Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
